Born into a family of Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors, Mr. Alba began his career in the summer of 1998 under the watchful eye of his father. Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in both California (P.L.S. 9052) and Arizona (R.L.S. 57595), Mr. Alba oversees the daily operations of the company and provides a “hands-on” approach to all aspects of the business. His specialties include client relationships, project contracting and supervision, directing staff, and training.

Gregory J. Smith

With a distinguished 46-year career, Mr. Smith, a California Professional Land Surveyor (L.S. 5511), takes an active role in overseeing company operations. Inheriting a legacy from his father, the former County Surveyor, Mr. Smith merges this familial influence with his extensive personal experience, offering a distinct perspective across all aspects of land surveying. His profile not only reflects seasoned expertise but also encompasses strategic leadership.

Juan F. Fierro

Professional Land Surveyor

Mr. Fierro has been in the profession since 1963. After two decades working as a Railroad Surveyor, Mr. Fierro has spent the last 35 years focused on land development projects with an emphasis on boundary surveys, topographic surveys, legal descriptions and all phases of construction surveying. He is a Nevada Professional Land Survey (P.L.S. 13662), an Arizona Registered Land Surveyor (R.L.S. 35110), and provides unparalleled experience, insight and guidance as a valued Mentor to all levels of the staff.
